The "Greenest" pot stock

The Green Organic Dutchman (better known as TGOD), headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario, is a federally-licensed marijuana producer. TGOD grows high quality, organic cannabis with sustainable, all-natural principles.

"We will be the largest organic cannabis bran in the world." - Brian Athaide (CEO of The Green Organic Dutchman)

TGOD has taken a cautious approach to Canada's legalization, they delayed its product launch until after the October 17 legalization date. "We didn't want to launch until we were ready to deliver a differentiated quality product in the right quantities on time, backed by excellent customer service. Having out of stocks is not the way to build a strong brand" continues, Brian.

In the meantime TGOD is very hard at work. Laying in the foundation to achieve its goal of expanding into international markets, while expanding their production capacity at home. TGOD is expanding its existing Hamilton facility from 7,000 to 150,000 sq. ft. which is expected to be finished by Q1 2019. A second new facility in Quebec will be completed by mid-2019.

One competitive advantage that further distinguishes TGOD from the competition is their commitment to sustainability. Both of TGOD's facilities are LEED certified. Among other features, they are engineered to collect and recycle 90 per cent of the water used in production and use high efficiency LED lighting. "As an organic producer, we are committed to maintain a sustainable footprint while growing a high quality product," Athaide says.
